9. In your top menu bar choose Effects>3DEffects>Drop Shadow.  Use these settings:  Offset Vertical=9>Horizontal=9>Opacity=100>Blur>44.55>Color=Black>OK.
10.  Go to your top menu bar and choose File>Export>Picture Frame.
 
11. Name your frame in the Filename Box.  When it says "Only the current raster layer will be used...", click Save.  You are done and your frame should be ready to be used!
 
12.  To test your frame, open a photo of your choice>click Image>Picture Frame> scroll until you find your new frame.
 
13.  You should now be able to use your frame on any photo.  This technique works well on the silver and bronze gradients, too.  If you are really creative, make your own gradients and make totally unique frames.
